Hino 300 - obd2 reader

I'm looking for some software or an app that will read my 24v 2004 Hino Dutro (300) OBD2 protocol.

EDIT: affordable software

If anyone has any experience with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at the FCAR F506 reader.

If your vehicle is indeed OBDII compliant, pretty much any reader should be able to interpret the data that comes out of the ECU.
The determining factor will be what you expect to use the tool for. If it is simply to read the output and maybe clear any error codes, or take it out of limp mode, one of the cheap offerings on eBay may do the job.
If you want more than that, then Brad's suggestion may meet your requirements, but that unit is definitely more expensive.
