Hitch frustrations :(

Right again GCat. Here is a pic of mine. It's OEM and was about $175 a few years back now.

So the hitch will be here Thursday. Got it from Valley for $108 with free shipping. Had a $100 credit from paypal they gave me so the hitch cost me $8. So it still mounts below the bumper and not through the bumper? Was hoping it was through.

There's no way for that to happen, unless you modify the frame under there.

Does that mean I need to remove the back bumper?

He meant modify to fit through the bumper. Yours will mount underneath like my pic, but won't have the "riser" to the frame part where the tow hoop bolts.
