Good luck! My daughter turned 5 months old a few days ago, haven't attempted to take her camping yet. Maybe next month

Used some sealant on all the seams also on the fender to skin area. hopefully it's all sealed up now. Going to try and get it bedlined on Sunday. If i had a bunch of extra money sitting around I'd just drop it off at the local bedliner dealer and let them do the entire thing. Maybe next year though.

Ohhhh hahaha man I'm slow. Yea we murdered that bottle and the 12 pack of coors. Slept like a baby. Not like my baby, cause he doesn't sleep.

this trailer was built on beer and whiskey.

I bedlined the trailer today! looks 5/10, probably going to snag a few cans of spray on bed liner and do a light coat to hide my lines from the roller. Then it'll be a 7/10 i guess. Now at least i can hose the trailer off when i get it home from the mountains.

Can you give me more information on how you built the doors and jams?

had my opening, framed a frame (lol) that was just big enough to fit the opening so when shut, the door will just rest on the trailer framing/floor. keeps my doors square as well. then i used some 16 or 18G sheet metal to skin the doors. front door looks super clean, only the latch and hinges give it away. the jam is the trailer frame, sheetmetal on the door shuts against it.

lmi if that doesn't help, i can take pics.

Added some LED pods on top via the tie down track that is bolted to the lid and another LED strip above the drop down table. Also plastidipped the wheels. That stuff is straight garbage, so glad i just did it on the sr5 wheels and not on the wife's trail wheels.

After I got my Jeep I decided to build a box trailer for all my camping gear and the size of the box had to fit the Smittybilt RTT going on top. It took me about 6 weeks to finish working on my days off and my loves it.
