Horn / Turn signal fuses constantly burning

As the title states my horn and turn signal fuses keep blowing. I notice that for some reason my alternator is now putting out 14.1v for some odd reason.

I can't figure out how they are tied together to keep blowing the fuses for these two systems. I originally had an issue with the LED third brake light, but that was causing the tail lamps to blow. My flasher and parking lights work just fine.

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?

14.1v output on the alternator is fine (unless Toyota does something different than every other manufacturer in the world...).

Without a wiring diagram....I would start by unplugging the horn relay (on the "truck side"). Does the fuse still blow? If no...well, you have a bad relay, a grounded wire between the relay and horn(s), or bad horn(s). If yes, move to the turn signal harnesses, unplug one, test, then the other if the test fails (leave the horn unplugged). Repeat for the remaining signals (I'm not sure if toyota ties each signal into the harness individually, or if they are tied in in pairs). If the fuse still blows with all the turn signals unplugged and the horn relay unplugged....dig out the wiring diagram, put on a pot of coffee, and prepare for a long night (or day)....

Also, anywhere that you have made a modification (adding new electrical stuff, adding anything that the wiring must pass through or near--such as bumpers w/integrated turn signals, etc), take a close look at the wiring to see if there is a chafing problem.

Possibly a busted clockspring causing a short or loss of ground..... Does your cruise control work when the fuse's are blown?? Does the airbag light show on the dash?? Have you installed any LED turn signal/light assemblies in place of the stock??

That was my first guess, however, my cruise control does work, with and without the horn fuse blown. I have no abnormal lights on the dash.

I do have Hella turn signals installed in my front bumper, but have been using them for over a year with no problem. I have not done any wiring to cause the fuses to blow (this was a problem before my 2M install).
