How do you cool a enclosure for you frig?

I have a trailer with a kitchen box that I put my frig in. How do I cool the inside of the box during a hot day so my frig can work as efficiently as possible? I have a solar panel on the top of it to help keep it a little cooler.

There is no vent or hole in the box for a fan. I would hate to drill out a hole in the trailer :-(

It's done in camp trailers all the time.

Insulate the interior of that compartment.
