Brine overnight and inject with marinade*. Dry rub the day of. Fry at 350 for 3 minutes a lb.
*marinade is:
1/2 part butter
1/2 part cider
Healthy amount of dry rub mixture. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool and inject 80-100cc all over bird.
