a utiliy bed with a wood flat bed. Recently sold my 2011 RAM and starting to look for a replacement. I was thinking something like this http://www.commercialtrucktrader.com/find/listing/2006-Ford-F250-110671848 . I don't put a lot of miles on it and use it for getting stuff for the house and camping. We don't get off the beaten path to often, so i may forsake 4wd. Any thoughts or Ideas.
How hard would it be to replace

It's no different than replacing a standard pickup box with a flatbed. And if you're planning on selling the box, it's probably worth more than a standard box, as long as it's in good shape.
