Every Miles A Memory

I shoot in RAW 100% of the time with the dSLR -- I never understood the need for shooting RAW + JPEG.
A few people have mentioned that it allows them to preview the images so they can delete the ones they don't like or want . . . but I can preview the RAW images on the camera's LCD, on the laptop (PC) via Lightroom, or on the iMac (without any additional software), deleting them at any step along the way . . . so what advantage does having that extra image file give you?
That's a serious question. I feel like I'm missing out on something . . .
I try and set my camera's settings so my photos need as little adjustment as possible. I shoot Jpeg+RAW because most of my photos are simply going to uploaded to my website and never edited.
I dont need the huge file size that will be the final result if I open it up in CS3, adjust the RAW image and save it to TIFF or Jpeg. If I simply use the small Jpeg, it makes the work flow so much faster
I dont use Lightroom or anything other than CS3, so without opening up anything else, I can still view the photos and know wheter I'm keeping them, deleting them or if they're even worth spending the time to work on.
It might not work for everyone, but it makes my workflow really fast and easy, which gives me more time to stay out shooting.
