Hey guys just found another Montero for sale on Craigslist and I'm thinking of buying it. So it's a 1998 MITSUBISHI MONTERO LIMITED 95k miles. Link below for more info. What do you guys think how much should I pay for it? Thanks!

KBB.com with basic options says $3900 in fair and $4300 in good condition so if it's as clean and sound as the ad suggests $2500 is a good price.

Unless someone says "Firm" there's always some possibility of wiggle room on the price. Look for rust, How are the tires, Will you need to do a tune up on it immediately, as ways to negotiate price..

It all depends on the rust and how well it drives...What is your intended use for the Monty? Has the timing belt been changed? If not offer $1,500 (assuming you can live with the rust).

Around here, a similar condition 95 SR with 150k is often $2500.
