How to disable 98 Montero alarm

I am sure this has been discussed before , but I can find it .I m looking to disable alarm as it come on and off randomly and it is becoming annoying now. I don't mind use key to unlock or lock the doors. This issue started when I purchased new FOB key off ebay and programs it. is there any way I can undo it?

Search with google. Just add "expedition portal" to the end of your Google search, that should help.
