I gave my students their portraiture assignment today, and found this site. It's pretty awesome. I hadn't seen it before, but I have been a big fan of Karsh for a long time.

Amazing work. I was surprised to see that I knew many of the photos, even if I didn't know his name. Many of them I knew as the photo of the subject.
