How to repair small screw holes in Pelican cases?

I believe this is what you want. I used it to repair a polyethylene Kayak I had. Worked great, was the only sealant that was made for polyethylene that I could find. It works on PPO as well.

This does sound like an interesting idea. Wonder if there is a way to get pelican specific plastic to use as the fill. Kinda like different metals require different welding rods.?.

I've never done plastic welding, but I do believe you're right, that you have to use the same type of plastic.

Hey at least you found them. When I was in I was constantly on the look out for stuff they just tossed. I scored about 8 or so cases they just tossed.

Yup, I've managed about a dozen over the years not counting these lil ones. Usually units don't realize they are part of BII/OCIE and are supposed to be retained for accountability. I'd try and find a home for the good ones but was often told "we don't want those". :/ oh well.
