How to separate lr3 3rd row seats?

Hi all,

has anyone that has pulled the seats out of the third row of their lr3 been able to separate them from the flimsy plastic trim piece? If so how did you manage it without breaking everything?

I took out my seats about 2 years ago. There is so much plastic, which piece are you talking about, pic is good to explain.

Its the little plastic tray that holds them together in the middle. The pic below isn't mine but you can kind see it

took mine out 11 yrs ago and i think it still looks as yours does. Why do you want to separate? There is no use for that except to make it harder to put back together if ever needed. I think mine is in the furnace closet LOL

Same here. Just sitting in my basement. Basically new condition.

Basically so I can move them on my own. I ended up just removing the rivets. Easy enough to replace if they ever go back on.
