What I have is two NOS military casualty sleeping bags with liners. These things are absolutley huge inside. they are very wide, tall and long with multiple YK zippers. Made for military to be able to continue to treat a patient (multiple zippers) while still keeping body covered, so basically you can expose a portion for assessment and treatment while keeping rest covered. again these bags are huge, not something that I would carry around for they are every bit of 15lbs each. come with snap in nylon liner. Has multiple grab handles on sides and heavy duty nylon bottom as well. I found info on these bags somewhere online and that they cost military over $500 piece. these were in vacuum packed plastic bags when I bought and since then took them out and placed them in large iron duck medical bag (not included). Let them go for $225 piece plus the ride OBO. these bags would almost fit two folks easily besides the head with fur.
