I am sure all of these things have been explored by others and not sure what the process is for importing to USA, but here is some info and their website.

There are diesels and petrol engines. Trucks, wagons, prados, 76s.
I don't know what would need to be done to them for emission standards and/or safety standard. I also have no affiliation with them, I just happened to come across their ads on dubizzle.com, which is like our ebay over here.
It is however my understanding, that in order to ship a car from UAE to USA, the changes are very minor, KM to Miles, mirrors, and I don't think there are many others. Not sure if these were built in that regard or not. As he says, these cars cannot be bought for use in UAE. currency exchange is 3.68 dirhams to 1 USD.

We can make shipping to USA. Country of origin is Japan. We are not official dealer in UAE that’s why we are selling only for export. Unfortunately we can’t sell this car for UAE market, if you want to use it in UAE you can buy it in AlFuttaim.

Thank you for the quick reply. Do you happen to know the costs involved with importing to the USA? Customs, duties, shipping costs etc. any adjustments that the owner would need to make to the vehicle? Are the vehicles left hand drive or right hand drive or are both options available?

Unfortunately I don’t know about adjustments in USA. I have only left hand drive LX76.
