It was built by "hellforstout construction".......really i dont know but it looks like a nice bumper.

It looks a lot like something castle fabrication in California built for a Range Rover. Give them a call.

I stand by my post in your other thread, Paul Rickard. I'd send a picture to the Wescott's of the Turtle fame, or send a picture to Dependable Off Road and ask. They supposedly sold some of his bumpers back in the day.

Sorry I ran the plate and that's what it came back to. My bad it was just California dmv public record my apology. I thought you found the pic and were trying to locate the maker.
