I told myself no more buying trailers after I sold my last one.
Especially since I just moved into an apartment and have no where to work on one. But I came across this one on craigslist that I just couldn't pass up. He wanted $200 or best offer. I offered to trade for some items I had sitting in storage ( valued at around $130). To my surprise he excepted.
The trailer was made by the sellers grandfather. To say that it is well built is an understatement. Its 4x8 all steel. Its a little on the heavy side. I'm guessing around 1500 lbs. my long term plan is to make it into a teardrop but for now I am just going to give her a new coat of paint, lights, and new tires. She will work great for hauling my kayaks, bikes, and camping gear for the time being.
Its hard to tell from the bad cell phone picture but it has leaf springs, coils, and shocks.
