I pulled the trigger!
Well, this weekend I finally made the leap and purchased a camera. Common sense(my wife  ) got the better of me... I ended up with a Nikon D50 instead of the D80 which I got on sale with the kit lense 18-55. I decided with the money that I save I will buy a nice zoom lense with vibration reduction and then I'll be good to go. When I finally get some pictures worthy of posting I'll show them off.
Can any one explain how Nikon designates their lenses? Is "ED" the higher end stuff?
TIA.
