6's are some of the rarest Jeeps imo. I don't know if they are as rare number wise relatively but they don't seem to garner the attraction that the earlier swb models do for restoration candidates. Even around these parts (Utah aka Jeep capitol) seeing a CJ6 is still a pretty rare thing other than 4x4 shows, etc.
