Thanks for all the feedback y'all! I haven't had much time to post lately. I was in Italy for three weeks buying vehicles, now I'm back in Kyrgyzstan and we're prepping like crazy for the ski season that is just starting. We ended up buying two WJs! Both are 2004 2.7 CRDs. One is a Laredo with 109,000 km with Quadra-Trac. The other is an Overland with sunroof and all the goodies along with Quadra-Drive. It's higher kilometers...around 190,000...but immaculately maintained. For the winter we'll just do tires on the Overland (the Italian owner had summer tires on it). Hopefully if finances allow we'll put a lift and start building in the spring. We're going to use them for tours and also allow people to rent them for self-drive. It should be exciting to see what happens.
We finally sold our sprinter bus here so we now also have a 2000 Mercedes-Benz E320 4Matic and are also importing a Ford Focus Wagon 1.8 TDci. Everything will be available for rent and use on tours and trips. If any of y'all are bored you should come check us out...you can even rent a jeep here! I've just about finished a new website for the business--www.ihn.kg--I'm always up for suggestions and feedback.
