Idling at 200 RPM - Gen 2.5

Was driving down the freeway yesterday, took an exit and stopped at signal. Noticed the truck is idling at like ~200 RPM. It won't bog down though, drives and accelerates but truck shudders a lot at certain speeds. Also feel like there is slight loss in acceleration. Although it gets up and running, was able to drive it past 50 mph.

Mileage on truck ~ 120k. Did the timing Belt about 3k mile ago

Following are the Codes
P0300 - New
P0431 - Not sure but think, I've had it for a while
P0421 - Same
P0403 - Have it for a year now

Did some research online and found these pointers

Faulty IACV
Faulty EGR valve
Choked CAT converter - Hope that's not it
Timing Skip - But I think I should rule this out as I was able to accelerate up to 50 mph? My understanding is engine would have very limited power if timing skips?

Hoping someone can help me diagnose this? Thanks

P0403 code was the EGR solenoid for me. Seems to be way cheaper than the valve. I didn't have low idle in my case. Solenoid was 24 bucks on Amazon and took 15 minutes to replace.
