Installing Tool Box

If you want to do it on the cheap and with a quick trip to the hardware store, just pick up some J bolts. Same concept as the link above but it'll only cost ya a buck or two. This is all assuming that you're talkin about an over the rail tool box.

I considered J-bolts, but a local sporting goods store closed down a couple of years ago and had the clamps for $5 or $6 a pair, so I picked up the last two pairs they had.:)

I agree with this...I've used other methods and just recently tried J bolts with my newest truck. I'm very happy with the way they work. Much stronger and much easier too!
