I am having intermediate steering issues with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with roughly 45K miles. It will be randomly hard to steer. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. The last few days have been extremely cold here in Montana. Friday it was -50 with wind chill. Could this be causing the issue? Bad pump? If bad pump any suggestions on a decent one? The only one I have found(other than stock) was 600 plus.
