Inverter case ground??

I have read many conflicting posts, other forums, regarding whether to ground the inverter body or not. So, I am soliciting opinions in this matter.
My Giandell 1500 watt pure sign wave inverter is being fed by 300 watts of solar via two Lifpo4 100 watt batteries. . All systems are connected to a 12V positive and negative bus bars. The trailer 12V electrical system is connected to these bus bars which is grounded to the frame.
My problems stems from whether to ground the frame of the Giandel inverter to the frame, bus bars or NOT. MTG

I just read the instruction for that inverter.
Despite its a poor translation from Mandarin or something, it clearly states to ground the inverter box to vehicle chassis.
Without a seeing schematic of the inverter itself, I speculate thats to allow its GFCI to function properly.

If it states you should ground it you would think there would be a terminal specific for that. Thus answering the question without the need for instructions.

There is a specific terminal, appears to be a very small like 1/8” threaded stud, on the top of the Giandel inverter. I will run a #12
stranded green insulated wire directly to the chassis of my trailer. Giandel stated it is OK to run back to the negative bus bar which is connected to the frame through the original grounding point which is the frame. Hell, that’s 15’ one way and then another 3’ back to the frame. Makes little sense to me.
Again, Giandel states it is OK…..????? What the heck does that mean? OK? I am not running a large computer system in my small trailer. Just want the inverter to run my Kuerig(sp) coffee machine and perhaps my 800 watt small, plastic body, electric heater that would heat entire rig in 5 minutes.Perhaps a small smart TV.
I think this has been way too over thought on my part. Hell, it’s not a digital switching system. MTG
