Is there a t-case that fits a 4he1 with 5 speed auto Aisin trans? Setting up a 4x4 conversion

I am buying either a:
2009 w4500 with a 6.0l gas
or a 2006 npr with 4.8l diesel

I know I can get a transfer case for the gas truck, but is there one that will work with the diesels Aisin? I need the109" wheelbase so a divorced tcase isn't an option.

If you were in Australia I would just say to buy a FG or NPR.

I don’t know about the aisin but if something custom needs to be made, I can help. Otherwise the GM options are easy like you said.

The 4he1 was discontinued in 2004 and replaced with the 4hk1 in 2005?

The AW450-43LE 4 speed automatic was used until 2006.

In 2006 the AS68RC/A465, 6 speed automatic, was introduced. This transmission was also used in 09-13 dodge 3500/4500 cab chassis, and later, in a wider range of trucks, as a slightly different AS69RC.

The dodge AS68RC or AS69RC 4wd extension housing and output shaft should bolt to the Isuzu transmission. This gives you the option to use a dodge driver drop 29 spline NV/NP 271 or 273 (manual/pushbutton 4wd) transfer case.

Reviving a bit of an old thread here, but do you by any chance know if the AW450 and AS68RC would be interchangeable?
IE coult the AS68RC be bolted onto a 4HK1 that had the AW450 previously?

I assume I would need the ECU of a truck having that 6sp transmission as well to do the swap.
