Is this a good deal? Advice Please

Im looking at a 1999, fully loaded only 64,000 miles. It has never been off road.
I can get it for 19,500
Does this sound like a good deal?

It seems reasonable, what are the options: locking diff, third row, roof rack etc. Pretty low mileage for a 99, definitely something worth considering. But as with any used car purchase I'd still have it checked out thoroughly by a mechanic.

If it has the magic button (rear locking dif) and it's in good shape. YES....go for it.
