Just a little behind schedule but coming together nicely. 1/2 a thou ring gear run out 4 thousands back lash, cherry pattern...time for bed :)

Done. Install after work tomorrow.
I have a tip for anyone with the "old" style ARB with the three bolt arrangement for the air thingie. When the flange is tightened down it is possible to tighten it up and not be centralized, on the snout. Just snug it up and drag a feeler gauge around and check for an even distance all the way around. If it is not, GENTLY tap with a punch to achieve this. Then tighten down completely. This will help stop any oil migration to the solenoid.I had to drill and tap a fill plug in the late housing, due to my sewer capped housing. The axle shafts don't look too bad for 17 years old. They are genuine Maxi-drive Hi-tuff. In US speak,300M. I'm led to believe. Cheers for now.
