Island in the Sky - White Rim Road - Nov. 8 - 13th, 2011

Had a window of opportunity to take a quick trip without much time to plan...so we decided on doing the White Rim Road loop



Day 1

Zooming away from winter, at least for a few days...

Near Soldier Summit, UT

Had dinner at Moab Brewery, then headed for Kane Creek Road to find a campsite for the night.

We did part of White Rim this year and hope to complete it one day. How did you guys do as far as fuel consumption?
