It’s a 55/80/100

The stock 55 floor was pushed up during the t boning. The a343 also needed a larger trans tunnel than the 55 offered. Solution: cut the floor out of an 80 and graft it into the 55 body. This was the idea/ work of my wiring guy Frank. (Genius) There is plenty of room for a343. 80 console, 80 powered seats, 80 shifter and 80 parking brake all bolt in. 0EC471B2-DB57-4C08-B031-B1AF310DA5BC.jpeg6B51E766-DF32-4A25-9645-ED1FC9CB2157.jpegB30341E6-494D-488C-9A31-4678D1A43F97.jpegA2C8EB1C-EBAE-4CFA-A5D8-BB80A92024AC.jpeg4A112790-F59E-401A-AB6C-09BFF504C421.jpeg

Redid the seats with Lseat leather and couldn’t be more pleased. The leather smells great. All the 80 bits were painted black to match the 55 interior. The remainder of the 55 Oem interior is intact.E1F2B19C-7424-4C0C-9BF0-1B43ECF5C6A1.jpeg

The donor 80 chassis had k292 Axles. (Unlocked) I sourced a k294 (3x locked) equipped truck. With the help of my bud Oscar, we swapped them into the 55. They are wired up with a slee controller and the stock dial.

The gold 80 series floor that was added to the 55 was harvested from my 97 lx. I also used its seats and some trim for the interior. The old lx took me many many places and still does in a small way.D1F57A27-18B1-4F7E-BCAF-10902E6757A1.jpeg6A3B1DF6-69E9-471A-AD83-50ACB0BB2D6D.jpegCF6FE1BD-3CCE-4FF2-90FE-3128F74E550F.jpegD4373CD5-59FE-4A2F-8FC8-9E41CAAF9F96.jpeg15173188-3783-42A4-B8C5-4619FC8F4E9F.jpeg
