Jack stands, jacks

What are you guys using for jack stands on your vans? I have a Roadtrek Chevy Express 3500 which has underslung cargo so the typical 3.5 ton jack stands are unable to reach up to the frame as they max out at 20". They work fine on the rear axle but that's about it. I'm looking at 12 ton jack stands which are good for 20" through 30" and should have enough reach to get past the cargo up to the frame.

As for a jack, I have the ProEagle 3 ton offroad jack.
I don't have a lot of use on the jack but so far so good. You would still need a low-profile jack for doing suspension work where you need to lift up control arms with limited space, etc. They make an extremely expensive carrier for it which would be handy.

I feel your pain, I need 25" to get the wheels off the ground at the factory jack points.

I have been using this combo jack/stand. It works well, and I carry a 6" plywood base for it. On soft ground even a 8x8" base can sink in pretty quick.

That is an interesting jack, I have not used one of those before.
Jack stands always need some sort of support be it on rough concrete, dirt, hot asphalt, etc. I have some 12" x 12" plate I use or I double up the jack stands. I noticed that the manual for the stands I am looking at say you can use 3/4" plywood to support them as well. I just leave the steel plate on the driveway so it's around for the dirtbike side stand.
