James Baroud or any RTT brand roof not aligning. Solutions?

Hello All,
My James Baroud RTT top of shell does not align with bottom causing rubbing and incomplete seal. Any solutions to this?
I could not see any adjustments with inside hinges.
I only ever open the rear making a wedge although there are hinges and pistons on the front.
model I believe is Espace Evolution.

Never been happy with this product. No response from customer service on other issues as well.

Best of luck- I bought the el cheapo Topoak rtt off Amazon and it performs great
