My experience has been drawer slides are good up to around half their weight rating for most practical uses. They tend to get a little wobbly after that (I suspect their rating is with static weight dead-centered in the drawer at full extension). Because you have a 2nd drawer under your first drawer, the added leverage (with it extended) will further reduce the ratings of those on the first drawer as well.
I built my setup using the 500lb Accuride slides, along with some cheapo 100lb Home depot slides for the fridge. The former starts to flex the middle rail noticeably at about 275lbs (even more if I sit my 200+lb self on the end), the latter bows pretty good even at 50lbs (I should switch to 200lb slides for the fridge).
