I’m kinda redoing this as my last thread kinda got ruined due to the whole photobucket deal. I figure I can use this to show progress of what I do to my jeep and places I get to visit every so often.
To start off I have a 2016 Jeep JK wrangler unlimited, that I bought new. It is my first jeep I have bought new, prior to that I have always had older jeeps but they still got the job done just fine.
Here’s what the jeep looked like after I first got it, bone stock, your basic sport with manual everything, only options I got were the hard top and automatic (for the wife, heh)
Shortly after I picked up a set of used rubi rock rails and set out to explore
The next mod was a new JCR front bumper, and the warn winch was a carry over from my previous jeep. I found a tank green rubi to park next too
After that I replaced the factory tires with a more aggressive mud terrain. Pay no attention to the socks and sandals LOL
Later that year I went to a local off road park with a friend to have some light fun
The following year, I met up with another overland’er and his Toyota Tacoma, and checked out our states national forest, and some back roads featuring creek crossings and cool scenery.
A really cool small town called story Indiana. Which I’m gonna have to revisit because I recently found out I missed a few things that are cool to check out.
