During my ongoing research of installing either a laptop or tablet PC into my 4Runner, I found this write up on the installation of a mini PC in a Jeep Wrangler. Though it appears to be a bit cost prohibitive for me at the moment, some of you might benefit from the write-up for your future projects.

I mean, do we really need the ability for Lumbergh to email us about the TPS reports when we're 4-wheeling through the slickrock in Moab?

Seriously, though, that's an interesting build. I'd be interested in seeing how rugged the setup is. Having used ruggedized computers in the military I wouldn't be surprised if it's pretty stout. Seems to me the weakest link would be the hard drive. How is it protected from shock?
