Jet Tent: Did they change the color

I was looking at Jet Tents and it seems they have changed the fabric color. Can anyone confirm if these are no longer the olive color?

I was highly interested in an F25 over an RV4, but not if it is not the same color as the RV4. Hopefully, if this is a new color, they are going to offer both colors.

That is too bad. Now their competition is looking much better. One of the things I liked the most about Jet Tents was the fact they had a nice olive color. I guess now I'll look at an RV4 or a similar unit from turbo or black wolf. I never even wanted to look at them before.

I never really thought of the military look. To me it was much more Safari camp. Harkening to a time before synthetic fabrics.

True, but that green colour is used by a lot of military throughout the world. I don't see a problem with the colours in most of the western world (US, Europe, Australia etc.).

I bet if you looked in the For Sale section you might be able to find a green F30 for sale for a good price! So I have been told....

First world problems! This whole site is a first world problem. None of us are doing this because our family lives depend on us spending time in the field to find food or work in emerald minds.

When I purchase a product I want it to meet all my needs. If it does not I look for one that does. Should there be no product that meets all my needs, I start looking for one that meets the most of them. Since there are other tents that do, yes, I will be picky about color.

REALLY. Why camp with gear that you do not like or are not comfortable with. Okay, so it is a first world problem. I thank my lucky stars I have a choice in what gear I use, and where I camp (mostly). That takes away nothing from people that do not have these choices - it's a different issue altogether. Walmart sells those plastic tarps with camo patterns on one side. I'm not paramilitary or even slightly military, but I use these tarps like a rain-fly, with the added benefit of fitting in to the environment better.

You should add that to your sig...

I like the grey colour with red accents. I actually prefer this over the green. But that's maybe because of my line of work where EVERYTHING is green lol.
