AEV for me...the newer one is larger (internal diameter) so theoretically more air draw. I have mine with the pre filter so very happy with it. Had already cut into the bonnet (hood) to fit Poison Spyder Hood Louvres so fitting the AEV was no big chore....measure twice cut once etc.

same here,, just finished installing my aev snorkel,, it is larger that the previous one,, look great and fit was flawless, I don't know if its a mind thing but I did notice an increase in power witch I did not on my 2007 jk nor my 2011 when I installed the snorkel. might be
