Join NLX & OT on scouting mission to Belize: July 31 - Aug 14

Nice vehicles! If you have any repair issues in or around Guatemala, our company is also affiliated with Transequipos S.A., the Guatemala Landrover dealer.

Scout Trip COMPLETE!

We made it to Panama and had a great trip. Central America was an incredible experience for us all and we look forward to returning in November. Each country had a lot to offer and we can't wait to return. We made it to all but El Salvador since they do not allow right hand vehicles.

A big thanks to the whole team - everyone did a fantastic job!
James & Angela Brown - NLX
Graham Jackson, Nick Taylor - Overland Training

Michael Calkins, Joey Chong, Vince Kenney, David Richardson - Enthusiastic Participants.

We will be posting video and photos soon.

Don't have time to post details right now but hopefully one of the others can fill in some detail about this video shot over Graham's shoulder on Camp Six Road.

Here is a link to a quick video I put togeather. It is on day two of the Camp 6 road.

Hope to get some photos & more video posted soon.

Looks awesome James! Hoping your getting a video of everything, to include the trips on road along coastlines, interesting destinations, lodging you stayed at, etc. Looking forward to a full debrief and write up when you guys get back!

Thanks James

Here are more videos, not sure if they have been posted here before:

looks like a very fun time so far...

Great stuff James. Camp Six road was one heck of a trip. We had to cut our way in and then drag our way out. And no complaints from the team as we did it.

I have to say, lying in my hammock that night listening to the rain start I knew it was going to be a long haul to get back out!

And Mike, great vids of the Rio Frio and Camp Six. I was planning on posting those, but Christian beat me to it.

cheers

Since we are back I moved this thread to the completed expeditions forum.

For those curious, I'll be writing an article on this for Overland Journal. With any luck Jonathan will publish it. :)

cheers

OK here is another video with some of the trip highlights, including crossing the Rio Frio in Honduras.

Jonathan, publish it! I'm planning this trip with NLX in 2012 (or a varient of this trip itinerary) and potentially bringing my family, 110 and some friends along. We need full coverage details!
