Thanks for the clarification.
I thought the bed looked a little shorter, but my friends is a previous generation long bed then.
Not a Toyota guy thats why I said "believe" leaving room for the possibility I could be wrong.

Cool I was just clarifying because my Nissan is similar wheelbase to the Tacomas so that is how I know. Re-reading my post it is really direct and could be read in a different tone than what I meant it to be.

I read it twice and realized your meaning, I have pretty thick skin so no sweat.
I just looked at a thread you posted with pictures of your Nissan. Nice setup.
Just to show how times and sizes have changed, Suburbans are 130" WB and a full size.
Mini/mid size trucks have really grown up and the difference between them and full size trucks is getting less and less.
It may be a reflection of humans getting bigger over the years so the 90% they try to build vehicles for has gotten bigger.
I once read an article about the Model A Ford and the English Ford that was about 3/4 the size of the Model A. The difference in the cost of materials and production between the two was practically negligible.

Back to the original thread, I would like to know what lense his wife was using to get the close shot of the rattle snake. I would not think getting that close to them is very safe even at night.

I took the photos and it was an 18-55mm @55mm, I catch and keep rattlesnakes regularly and I do not recommend trying to ever photograph up close or move a rattlesnake without a lot of experience. It was very calm and very cold, it was caught out in the cold with no den it was in the high 40's which is far too cold for a Pyrrhus to be out. And like I said I had to do like a 6 point turn to get around that one bend and was balancing on my sliders so if you're not worried about dents you should have no problems! I'm a big ford guy and a dream truck for me would be a '97 Powerstroke F250 or F350, my brother has one and I've wanted one ever since haha.
