Although I am neither a Jeep owner nor a Jeep fan, I like what you have done with this magazine. It's great to see a publication (digital or print) that focuses on more than just big shiny photos and no substance. I like to read about trips and adventures as well as rig builds. I just paid for a subscription; keep up the good work.

Thanks a ton for the very nice comments and your support. Our team, particularly our Creative Director, works very hard to make each issue as unique and engaging as any other Jeep publication so thanks a ton for the support. Have a great 2010...cheers! :clapsmile

I have just subscribed to JPFreek !!

I've subscribed to 4x4 mags for more than 40 years. Seems that many forget the very thing that made them successful in the first place. Also now it's more about bling & bullet-proof. It appears to me to be a high dollar niche that they (publishers) feel everyone now desires. I don't think that some / most of the mags reflect the average (and above average) off road enthusiast. In their defense, I have to say that they do have occasional articles on"every day" wheelers but for the most part it's all about the big dogs. Bottom line: After reviewing JPFreekon line, it appears to have the diversity that a "Jeep" magazine should have. And yes, I do own a Jeep... always have since 1964... my '94 XJ is the 3rd Jeep I've owned since then. All of my Jeeps have had significant upgrades, but not but not high dollar, bomb proof bling that many advertisers in the mags sell.

I applaud your venture into this arena and hope you don't succumb to my second sentence.

Thanks for the subscription and support, it is much appreciated. I can say that we will NEVER be the typical Jeep magazine. Our focus has and always will be to provide engaging and diverse content that is NOT focused on big rigs, etc. The whole premise of JPFreek is the adventure lifestyle of owning a Jeep vehicle and doing so in a digital format that stays ahead of the curve. So don't worry, we won't succumb to all the other stuff out there. JPFreek is unique and we're here to stay. :)

Thanks again for the support!
