Kayaking in Prescott

I haven't rented a kayak in Prescott before and I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with which lakes are the best and what companies have the cheapest rentals. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I was out kayaking with my daughter on Watson Lake yesterday. We took the two dogs and had a blast. The City of Prescott owns the park, and parking is $2.00. They rent kayaks at the lake from the main boat launch, single kayaks $15 for the first hour $10 every hour after. If you rent else where use the second boat launch site as it puts you right in the granite islands area of the lake. To get to that ramp drive straight into the park toward the gazebo on top of the hill. Turn left after passing the large grassy area and head down to the lake. Have fun.
