Kitted out 2014-2016 LR4 and Towing

Are any of you running a fully kitted LR4 and towing? I wonder what will happen to my towing ability if I put on front (with winch) and rear bumpers, sliders and all underbody protection.

Usually, when I am out, I have a fridge in the rear, miscellaneous gear used for survival, and at least overnight capability. Probable 250lbs ish. I generally travel solo.

I can still tow a 5500 lb trailer pretty darned well. I am wondering how all this junk would jack my towing. I don't really want to shuffle stuff from trailer to LR4. What is in the LR4 needs to stay there.

Would probably end up with 265/65R18 tires as well.

Any practical experience?

You, everything you've added to the LR, your cargo and the tongue weight of the trailer need to weigh no more than the payload shown on your door sticker. You probably know this but the payload will bite you before the weight of the trailer. You are likely to need a WDH with a 5000# trailer.
