Wow. Lots of great ideas folks. Good organization is something that we're learning and these posts are helpful. Thanks

So far I've implemented a sticker solution, with letters and numbers, but I also like the idea of having some inventory so I'm going to think on some of these suggestions and enhance our solution a bit. Will post some pics this weekend of really exciting boxes

'letters and numbers', like 'get box A2'? I would think the idea is to clarify, not encode. 'TOOLS', 'KITCHEN' communicate far more clearly than 'A2' and 'B1'

The lettered aren't serialized
We can understand stand R for recovery, T for tools, F1, F2 for food.
We've played with what we do with multiple boxes and expected content, like what kind of foods are in F1 vs F2 already and that seems to work for us so far
As for T and R, well I'm the one that gets my hands dirty there and I know what they stand for so that will probably work but so would so big red dot like another member suggested (I'm fond of that idea and would prolly use it if I were solo. Kinda reminds me of the colored stuff sack approach).
Anyway, feeling better about our organization but will test it out and re-read some suggestions, taking an iterative approach until we near the perfect approach for us.
