^Pretty close, thanks guys.
Tripod mounted, about 2" off the ground and I want to say about a foot or so away from the ice. Single exposure using a 2 stop hard grad. 20mm lens on a FF cam. Taken at about 7:30 am, 20-30 minutes before sunrise. Not sure of the exact shooting details, I'd have to check the original RAW file. I was shooting between ISO 500-800 I believe. At that distance from the ice I'm going to say the aperture was around F16, much more than that and diffraction pretty much kills any additional benefit you'd see trying to gain added DoF anyway. Release time was probably 2-4 seconds. I was looking for enough time to blur the movment of the water, but I also wanted enough speed so not to have the ship off in the distance turn into a light streak. I think that's it.
