What year is your 70?
I live in the mountains and the non-Turbo was never an option for me.
Was it easy to get it registered in California? I take you don't have to smog it any more since it's 25 years old now? It's a 1987.
Thank you. Now you have me thinking of going 70 series route, specially since they come in 2drs. Do think you can share some interior pics please?Bloodycape,
There was NO issue registering in the Socialist Nanny State of Ca. Shocking. At my local DMV(Placerville), I gave them all the stamped and signed import papers from the Port of Entry in Montana, a vehicle inspection form signed by the CHP, a standard DMV form when bringing a vehicle into CA from another State. There is no smog issues as CA only inspects 1998 and newer diesels. I got a 90 day temp registration. With in 7 weeks I received pink, reg, and plates.
Looks reasonably roomy for a 2dr. Now you really have me thinking about the Series 70, specially a 2dr variant. Did they come with a rear disk option? Thank you.
