Took a lot of work, but we are ready for the So Cal Desert Rendezvous. So far it is a huge difference towing with the LC compared to the Tacoma.
V8 and four wheel disc brakes. Does it get any better? Rides like a freekin Caddy.
2000 LC's are a challenge to put brake controllers in. One thing led to another. I wanted the controller on a separate circuit so I added an additional fuse block. Fuse block comes off of a second battery right? Second battery need a battery controller....and it was all downhill from there.
I love this truck. And better yet, the wife loves it.
Scored on a slightly used 12000LB Warn winch for $500 dollars:Wow1:, so now I need a new Slee bumper and then the rear receiver is too low, so now I need a new rear bumper. Metal Tech sliders are at the powder coater.
It never ends, does it.

Almost warm enough to take the top off for the year.

One of the sexiest 40's on this site....

Thanks! But there are some much nicer ones out there - I don't think mine is anything special; I was just able to find a rust-free stock one and build it to my taste. I sure wish a previous owner hadn't cut the rear wheel openings in the tub. :(

Yeah; I've already posted quite a few here in this and other threads. At the risk of boring others, I'll re-post a few:

Here's my 80, I haven't been able to do TOO much overlanding/expeditions because of work but I am planning a few trips across Canada and the U.S for this year and next.

Across from Turtle Mountain in Frank, Alberta, Canada:

And a couple from a recent trip out to a local area named Waiparous.
