I may not be built as well, I tend to buy into the Japanese build quality, but it's certainly built to a sim (or better) mechanical standard of robustness particularly the HD Expeditions...they may have IRS but they have bigger diff's front and rear than the LC, lower gearing and generally bullet proof drivetrain. Higher payload and towing capacity to boot. The drivetrain, which is the same as the Raptor, holds up to big HP and offroad and the Expo's are generally well sorted and obviously used in a lot of fleet applications successfully.Touche and as a Ford fan and former owner of over 15 different Ford's I agree with your talking points, but a Ford just isn't built to Land Cruiser standards. In terms of quality and reliability the LC wins.

My Expedition isn’t running through 3rd world countries on questionable fuel off unmarked trucks filtered with a Tshirt, or getting oil changes with second hand oil from a truck with a bucket of oil on the bumper. Then again the US LC’s aren’t the LC’s found running around the middle east either.
