Let Me See Your HF Box!

Post your pics of your trailer tong box!

I am in need of some ideas for the trailer tong box I picked up from harbor freight. It will be going on the front of my M1102 teardrop thingamajig and will have to power a marine 12v refer, fantastic vent fan and various other small items that will need charging.

So far I have acquired the following:
Noco Genius GCP1 outlet
Blue Sea ST Blade Fuse Block with POS & NEG terminals
Krieger 1100 inverter http://www.amazon.com/KRIËGER®-Installation-Automotive-according-standards/dp/B00T564EIY
Main power shutoff
100 amp circuit breaker to put before the Blue Sea fuse block.
Renogy Wanderer 30A PWM Charge Controller (with two 200w solar panels feeding it)
Blue Sea 12v socket
Various other wires and connecters left over from my car audio days.

I still need to get a battery and battery tray or box as well as a battery. I use group 31 Die Hard Platinum in the photo in a minolta trolling motor battery box for a poor mans ARKPak when traveling with our ARB refer. From what I have read the DHP would not be a good candidate to use with the solar set up I have yet to install on the trailer so I am still on the hunt for a battery that will...

I have space for a second battery if I ever get suckered into getting a fridge (not likely).

What size and brand battery are you running?

us battery, group 27, 105 amps.

I have remote lights, inside and outside lights, chargers through Anderson Powerpoles, 12v DC adapter and two USB 2.2 amp outlets. It runs a water pump and a Propex heater. It has really been nice.

Edit:
A couple things now that I'm thinking about it. Fuses on every line. I'm short one that I didn't think of originally, the line from the solar panel to the controller. I had also started with a 15 watt Harbor Freight solar panel, which met most of our needs.
I was finding that my lights were inadequate, not enough charging ports and etc. My woman and I sat down while on camping trips deciding what we really needed for power. We both were not keen on a refrigerator, in all honesty, I don't understand the appeal and they open a big can of worms as far as I'm concerned. Also, since most of our travel is in the Southwest, I am worried about heat and high temperatures.

Just getting started with the electrical. Shore power and short outings thus far. I have not tested the solar charger yet. I'm thinking it might be too light, but we don't really use a lot of power. Just phone charging and minimal LED lighting.

I was ready to go with a shore power setup but haven't even been close to needing it. All this work really depends on what you want for your rig.

I did it just because the trailer is stored in the garage and it goes a while between outings.

My HF box is full of junk right now but I intend on housing a battery, solar controller and battery charger in there. I do have a question though. My box will not open all the way due to the piston arm. I'm thinking of removing it so I can easily open the box and get a battery, etc...in and out. Has anyone else had this issue?

Note - in the above photo...the lid is fully opened.

My piston has been removed long ago. I use a prop to keep the lid open if needed though, I usually just turn on my system and am done.

I left mine on, the battery doesn't need to go in and out on a regular basis and it hasn't been an issue for any other items.

I used to think that too. But now that we have 2 ARB's, I just can't see myself ever going back to coolers & ice. On our last camping trip to a State Park, the store was only open on fri & sat. & they ran out of ice on fri. Lots of campers got in a bind over that. Had to spend 1/2 a day just finding ice on july 4th.
