Thanks for the comments. I might do a writeup of my trip which was 2+ weeks driving from NY to Montana and Wyoming. It was pretty awesome and resulted in a couple thousand pics (literally). Here's a little better view of the cap. It's a Leer 100rcc that is their reinforced model to hold like 4-500 lbs dynamic weight. The platform is a rhino rack pioneer. I was originally going to put a RTT up there but never got around to it so all I had up top were maxtrax and a 4 gal rotopax.

This is pure bliss.... I love it! essentially the larger version of my Ram 1500. I just added a Pioneer Rack to the cap the other day. I didn't snap any pictures just yet though DPM 8.16.19 165.jpg

How was the Vice Designs Winch amount to install? Looking to do this on my 19 Rebel as well. Just curious if it was a PITA or not? Thanks

It was super easy, but I did a warn platinum and didn't need to deal with the clutch relocation kit. Haven't heard of any install issues with it though. There is a thread on 5thgen that has a couple variations of the front plate people have done as well. Last one is pretty clean, but he had to chop the kit.

 
There's always room for a PW build thread... and I'm completely jealous of your 360 cameras, I'd settle just for one in the front of my '18... I guess I'll have to get creative!

Here's a wet, blurry photo of my 1992 K1500 regular cab, short bed midway through a 14 inch snowfall near Tacoma, WA in 2017. It's a weirdly optioned truck that has worked well for exploring around Mt. Rainer. Factory equipped with the 6.34:1 early NV4500 5-speed manual, NP241, 5.7 TBI and 3.73:1 gearing, it came with the "nice interior" Silverado package but with roll-up windows and manual locks. My focus, at 273K miles, has just been replacing/rebuilding worn components and improving what I can in the process. The suspension/drivetrain is now K2500 Light-Duty spec (leafs and torsion bars and a 9.5" 14-bolt rear axle) and the Leer Canopy with a low-platform inside makes for an awesome place to sleep. The largest improvement has been ditching the stock tiny 225/75R16s for 285/75R16 BFG K02s.

Some squarebody pics. We can't stop collecting these trucks, each one is different in its own way. The military one is a 88 1500 with 2500 strength upgrades, full solar panels on roof giving 11 amps charge in full sun for the freezer fridge and ancillaries, 491,000 miles.

The garnet and white is a 91 1500 with 294,000 miles GMC, interesting history, when we redid the paint, we uncovered that it had 7 bullet holes in the rear passenger area that were bondoed over...hmmm...... possible gang hit?

The mesa brown is a 89 1500 249,000 miles, literally looks brand new inside and out. We are second owners, just brought it down from Idaho where it was garaged for the last 22 years. First owner put 230,000 miles on it the first 8 years(texas truck) then moved to Idaho and never drove it hardly at all.

All are 4x4 with barn doors.

There was a place here that bought forestry and border patrol trucks at auction. They had a number of 2500 square bodies with A/C, power steering etc. and manual trans. They were so cheap,I regret not scoring one.
