Been farting around in Utah for a few weeks now. No camper or topper on the truck at the moment. That will change soon.

Alta last Friday, 4 feet of snow, avalanche closed little cottonwood canyon, ~50 cars made it through of which I was one. Best day of my life!

Then I went to this crazy place on Sunday.

Not much racing going on when it looks like this. Cant wait to go some day when records are being broken.

Here are a few pics of my 2000 f350 7.3 diesel, the camper is a early 60's era Kampers Kabin made in Van Nuys.

These are all I could get to upload. Amazing how well it fit, sits flush against the tail of the flatbed. I did add a 2x6 to each side to take up the space between the bed boxes and camper.

I am going to do another few rounds of polishing to get the airstream finish. Then add a large low profile roof boat hatch on top and a vent fan on the back. The original interior was a cracking ash wood veneer. I repainted it and added the cedar with extras from other projects. The white is a boat deck paint that is real durable and cleans easy. I did buy some heavy duty vinyl and foam to make the new cushions. There is storage under the cushions that you cannot see but that is about it, real simple.

I am 6'4 and can sleep the width with no wiggle room or easily fit the length with a few inches to spare and no problem sitting up straight.

Thanks. I never see any others like it. Usually ou can find CC long beds and/or 2wd. It has been a great truck so far.

Part bear, part Spanish water dog. Great camping breed, btw, very durable, super athletic, portable, and non shedding. I got her used through the breeds rescue.
