Have been a member for awhile in the cruiser and 4runner section. This is my 89 k5. Complete build for last 3-4 yrs Working on getting camping ready. Currently finishing up front and rear bumpers then interior mods to store gear. Had it out camping already.

Just got back from a great week of camping and wheelin’ around the Naches, Washington area with friends in the ol’ 92. What a beautiful area with a lot of fun, challenging trails.



Spent a lot of time in low-range, 1st gear (NV4500 5-speed) and crawled around to my hearts content.

My 89 1500 named the Rocinante.
SM465 Trans, 3/4 ton suspension and all the room we need for the dogs and family.
Much work already completed and much more to come.

New AT4 work truck. Ordered in November and got it in June. Just had my first 6k mile oil change this week.
My 3rd Sierra and it’s nice to have one that comes ready for off-road work.
I am really liking some of the features that I thought were unnecessary before. The transformer tailgate gets used daily.
The Rancho shocks are killer. I like the stock Good Year MTs…the first good year tires I have ever liked.

Nice truck! But, no winch bumper, snorkel, lift kit, off road lights, truck rack with rotopax and MaxxTraxx mounted?

Man, I’m just tryin to get to work!
I do have a brush guard ordered but no one makes a winch tray for the 1/2 ton yet. I have to have a winch soon, though.

Actually, some good sand ladders would be great for times like the deep ditch crossing above.
